I am glad I found you.
This is exactly the kind of stuff we teach to our patient on daily basis.
I agree with you 100% on the statement &quot;&quot;A short walk can reduce the level of stress immensely&quot;. It sounds very simple but it takes some discipline to do this. I try to get out my office every 3 hours or so to take a 10minute walk. It helps and I feel a lot better when I do it.
