Martial Fitness

Here’s how RH Martial Fitness was born.

It all started in 2007 with having the chance to represent Great Britain In Sport Jujutsu at the world games in Germany.

This was my debut as competing in sport Jujutsu at international standard and I knew the stakes were going to be high.

I had to get in great shape, even better get in the best shape of my life. I had always had my own martial fitness routines that my father had taught me over the years of training, as he was one of my coaches/mentors. Over the period of being focused and rigorous hours of training striking/throwing/grappling techniques and my martial fitness routines it had all paid off. I had gone and won a bronze medal. (I was ecstatic as you could imagine!)

I had spoke to a few friends who struggle with getting in shape and they had tried lot’s of different method’s which they had learnt but had either no enjoyment out of it which lead to being unmotivated then giving up, or couldn’t get the results which they wanted.

So I thought to myself, I know how to get into great shape as what I did for Germany, so I sat down a started hand picking out the routines that would suit a general persons standard.

I started helping out a few friends and students, who I already taught martial arts to. I had taught them a few beginner routines to follow and workout a couple of days a week. The plus side was they didn’t have to spend out a penny on any exercise equipment at all, as in the RH Martial fitness routines are mostly made up of bodyweight exercises.

The results were great, and just as important people enjoyed the Martial fitness routines as well.

To Many people find working out a chore, and I am here to show you that in my martial fitness system it’s not a chore at all, and actually to show you how much fun you can have while getting in the best shape of your life.

Over the next few months I am proud to say you will start to see the RH Martial Fitness routines bought out on dvds and other programs for people all over the globe to enjoy the benefits of my system.

Be Well
