5 Factors To Kicking Stress Out Of Your Life!

As you probably know by now stress is a big thing in our lives nowadays. It’s even a big killer!
So I have decided to share 5 factors to kicking stress out of your life. Some of these factors are through using physical methods and some are more on the mindset side.

1. Walking walking

If you are starting off your way to getting a fitter lifestyle, I would recommend walking as a good starting point. A reason being it is a light way to exercise with learning how to control you’re breathing and getting the heart rate pumping especially if you have had a break from exercise for a long time.

Try not to overlook a walk as an effective exercise method as you can always increase your speed at any time to start working those legs or you can easily go for a bit of a challenge walking up hills to really get those legs burning.
Benefits also are that you can choose to walk a beautiful scenic view alongside nature which is always relaxing too.
Another way for you to start walking more would be to cut out the daily routine habits of taking lifts rather than walking up the stairs, or walking to a friend’s house that lives close to you than driving over to them. Walking will relax your body and mind, plus a great way to collect your thoughts together. All of this adds up in the end so get walking!

2. Jogging jogging

This is the next level up from walking. It will certainly do the trick for releasing stress, as when you are jogging along you might have around half a mile to go so you have to really start getting focused because the burn starts creeping in which means you haven’t got time to think about any of the stressful things that are happening at work or in your lives. I have found Jogging is more than just an exercise, and I still continue to jog for pleasure along with my martial fitness exercises.

Once you have finished your run, you will find that you have released all the build up of negative energy you have had over the day. It feels great!

3. Combat combat

This one is obviously my favourite as it is my living! First of all don’t get put off by thinking combat is about beating people up, because if you speak to any of the decent martial artist’s out their they will tell you the same.

It’s more about channelling your energies into something with creating a result. That’s why I’m here to help you do this.
You can learn tons of different techniques and routines to practice which is great for variety so you don’t get easily bored which keeps you focused and on track, but you will find that you only need a hand full of routines and techniques that will help transform your lifestyle and most of all relieve stress!

Some of the best routines in combat arts to release the rough hormones out of our bodies are striking pads. This really is a fantastic method of sweating it all out and working the body to the full. After a workout like this you really start to look good and more importantly feel great! (I have a program coming out soon where i will be sharing my routines with you, so keep your eye out for it.)

4. Goals equal progression and satisfaction goals

Now the above factors are all through the physical, but now we need to move on to the creating a powerful mindset. To do this all you need is a pen and paper and to start listing down the goals to want to achieve through fitness. For examples it could be losing 14 pounds, wanting to fit into that amazing suit/dress or wanting to have longevity to see your children/grand children grow up. All of your desires and dreams need to be wrote down to remind yourself on what you actually want, because half of the time we get so side tracked in our busy life’s we always need reminding to stay on track.

You will then need to decide how you are going to get there. How much time and effort you put in soon adds up to a great result!

Once to start meeting your achievable goals you have wrote down you will feel the progression and start to be proud of what you are doing which turns out with you having a lifestyle with less stress and more happiness and satisfaction.

5. Meditation meditation

Now please before I start don’t get put off by thinking that you have to sit down and tangle your legs together while touching finger tips. But don’t get me wrong if that’s the way how you want to do it and it works for you go for it!

Just remember it’s not about the colour of the cat that kills the mice! It’s more about bringing your inner self into complete relaxation. You see that is what meditating is about. You can meditate with eyes open or shut, but the main key is to find a quiet place to be tranquil in.

If you have had a busy and stressful week it’s always good to reflect and have gratitude for what you have done, and start to take the positives out of everything. It is basically putting yourself back into centre where you should be.
It’s really easy to get stressed out and blame others for you being stressed, but that just leads you off track of where you want to be.

If you give yourself time, it will defiantly serve you back and start to calm your body and mind together. Just give it a go and tell me what you think!

Well there you have it, 5 factors to kicking stress out of your life. The main thing to remember is that you do not need to go out straight away and do all of this at the same time as it may be a little over whelming at the moment. I would personally suggest to start implementing the above factors one at a time.

The aim of this article is to help people and show them different ways to release stress in their lives, through physical and mindset methods. Please share this and help inspire others.

All the best,

Fitness cardiovascular Training

Understanding fitness cardiovascular training is one of the top ways for you to get in shape and especially if you want to lose weight.

Don’t get put off by the big word of cardiovascular, as some people look a bit puzzled in what exactly is to do with fitness.

So what are the benefits of fitness cardiovascular training?

• Lose weight
• Muscle endurance
• Improve breathing
• Fight stress

Above is just a few of the main benefits of getting your body in top shape with working on your fitness cardiovascular training. It’s basically a conditioning workout, to condition your body into great shape.

If I am doing some hard training sessions through fitness cardiovascular training, I tend to go out for a jog first of all. Then I hit the hills, this is where the real training starts.

When you get towards the hill, I will try to keep a controlled pace and rhythm up the entire hill. Sometimes the hills get the best of me, and sometimes I get the best of the hills. Whichever way I still get a tremendous workout. It get’s the lungs and heart working a treat.

After that later on in the day I will work out my martial fitness routines focusing on key areas I need to maintain and work on.

Now please don’t worry, you do not have to run up steep hills or anything to keep in shape. My martial fitness routines on their own will do the job, and they are more enjoyable for you to workout.

In my new up and coming DVD out shortly, you will discover some of the simplified workouts for general beginners, right up to advanced cardiovascular/conditioning training.

I hope this short article has given you an insight to fitness through cardiovascular training or shorter term (cardio) and good luck with your fitness!

Six Abs

Nowadays we tend to hear a lot about the famous six pack abs ever since the days of peter Andre getting pumped abs.

There really are hundreds of pieces of equipment out there to buy for your abs which is fine if you are happy to spend that kind of money on a piece of equipment that half of the time just gathers up dust on the side (Let’s be honest!) when you really don’t need to.

For the best results working on your main core area of six abs, all you need is to make time for yourself to practice training in the right exercises. On going from that, you do need to know the right exercises to do the job otherwise you will just be wasting your time.

There are lots of different exercises which you can do, especially in my martial fitness workouts. I could show you tons of exercises for your main six abs to do but what I have personally found over the years is to just stick to the handful of exercises that work for you.

You need to realise that you can get really toned abs in a short period of time but for this to happen you do certainly need to put the time and effort in.

A great tip to get rock solid showing abs is to first burn off the fat over the abdominal muscles by cardio training such as jogging, jumps, sparring etc. Basically anything that keeps you moving on your toes quickly will help burn fat.

Once you have taken down the excess weight around the abs, the next stage is to actually get focused on the abs them self with specific six abs targeted exercises.

It is absolutely fine if you want to achieve ripped abs in a short period of time because it is possible, but you need to maintain it. That’s what most people find hard to do.

My suggestion if you want to achieve rock solid abs is look out for the release of my Martial Fitness DVD and program that is coming soon!

The great thing for you is that no expensive equipment is required. All of the knowledge and motivation to help achieve your goals is waiting for you as i guide you through what exactly to do step by step.

The DVD and program will be covering lot’s more than just abs exercise. There is a ton of full body exercises for you to choose from with over hour long footage!

Whether you are a newbie or experience it doesn’t matter, there is defiantly something new in it for you.

It is going to be on highly demand, so get first in line here – DVD Release

Best exercise to lose weight

Quick tips for the best exercise to lose weight or calories, burning fat, weight loss or whatever you want to call it.

Keeping Active

One of the most simple but under used methods of burning fat is to keep active more often. I hear it all the time that people are struggling with their weight situations, and what is the best exercise to lose weight.

so i ask the question, what do you do to keep active in the week right now?

Half of the time i get the response that they work through the week so it’s finding time to keep active. What you need to realise is that if you want to burn away those calories you need to be active.

To be active it does not always come down to having enough time. If you do want the best results you will need to put the time in just like anything you do, but a great tip is just to start thinking more fit.

Take the stairs rather than the lift. Cycle short journeys rather than drive all the time. Walk more often when you can. All of this adds up in the end to lose those calories.

Take Up An Activity

Nowadays there is an incredible amount of opportunity to start new and exciting activities, and the best thing of all most of them are on your door step.

You just need to take the time to look around and speak to different people and find out what they get up to in the week. Once you find something you enjoy you will be able to keep fit, be happy and most of all lose those calories.

Exercise More Often

One way would be to increase your exercise workouts per week from maybe twice a week to three times a week. Every little counts, that’s what you need to remember.

Also remember that doing some exercise in the week is defiantly better than doing nothing at all. You just need to build up to it in gradual steps as you go along, so don’t put to much pressure on yourself as you want to enjoy the process of keeping fit, and you will lose calories.

I could list a ton of exact exercises you could do right now which would help answer your question to what’s the best exercise to lose weight.

To be specific i prefer inteval training which is fast pace exercises with timed repetitions. Working all the muscles such as abs/legs/arms/upper body.

So there is a quick fire tips for you to go and put into practice right away. The worst thing you can do is sit at home and make excuses. If you want to get in shape, lose weight and feel great make a start right now!

The Art Of Improving

Important question.

How do i keep on improving?
Self improvement should always be studied throughout our life each day. If you want to be up there with the best, you better start improving.

If you want to get in the best shape of your life you need to start exercising for health and lifestyle improvement. Just remember, improvement is just another word for self growth. We must always keep growing to be successful in whatever we chose to do whether it’s our career choice or healthy lifestyle, we have to keep on growing.

Will Smith the famous musician/actor stood in front of a packed crowd at an awards ceremony and stated, i want everyone to listen closely. I’m giving you the keys to life right now! The keys to life is running and reading.
He goes on to say that first running. When you are out running and you start to get a little tierd, then there is that little voice in your head that’s shouts i’m so tierd right now i think my lungs are about to burst! I don’t think i can take this any more, there’s no way i could possibly continue!

He states that if you learn to not quit when that little voice comes into your head when you are out running, you will also start to bring that never quit attitude into your life. Especially when things in life gets tough and obstacles are thrown in your way.

Next he mentions Reading, the reason why reading is so important is there have been millions and millions of people who have lived before all of us. There is no new problem that you can have, from parenting to loving life. He then finsishes off by saying all of these problems that are out there that you are experiencing right know have already been solved in books written by people who lived before us.

I personally thought that he hit the nail on the head with this speech. Basically in a nut shell he is saying that exercise is more than just keeping fit. If you do it right, it will be the transformation of your approach on life, and that is exactly my approach with my martial fitness lifestyle.

Before you start getting to overwhelmed, the key is to improve in small gradual steps. This way they become more reachable and achieivable to get the ball rolling, plus you will be able to raise the bar everytime to complete each step of achieving your goals.

Just remember, you can’t skip vital steps, it’s all the pieces of the puzzle put together to become successful in whatever you do. It is like having the importance of foundations to a building, it needs to be stable and strong otherwise it will simply fall down when the weather gets tough just like in our lives.

Take action right now and decide what you need to improve on, write out achievable goal steps and start improving!

Invest In YOU!

Investing in you has different forms.

One being you spend money to get the best personal tuition from other people to help you.

A great example of this would be through my martial arts path so far, I have invested my money in training with some of the greatest martial artists that ever lived.

Do you really need to? It really does depend how successful you want to be. For me I want to excel in anything what I do and to do so I believe you have to invest and learn from successful people.

The next investment is time.

Without investing time, I don’t care who you have been taught by you will still not reach anywhere near the level than if you invest a lot of time into something.

I’ve spent countless hours training in martial arts and fitness, but if I want to be up there with the best I have to put the time in.

The above is different ways to invest in yourself, but now I will show you what you really need to invest in to live an enjoyable life.

Investing in your Health benefits

Here is 4 quick benefits

1. Live a longer life to spend more time with you grand children.

2. Live a happier life and do exactly what you want to do.

3. Travel the world and see interesting places and meet new people.

4. Do the simple things like go for a countryside walk with your partner.

Investing in your protection

All of the above with investing in your health is a must to living an enjoyable healthy lifestyle, but at the same time people tend to forget that if you do not know how to look after yourself it can all be taken away from you in the worst-case scenario.

Attending a self-defence course is one great way to have an insight and gain some knowledge on how to defend yourself and your loved ones in different situations.

The key is to find a good instructor, and like I mentioned before put the time in practicing what you learn. It may just save your life!

Here are a few different types of investment sources.
Books, manuals, audio, videos, seminars, classes, and private tuition.

So remember! There is only one of you, so start looking after yourself.
