Great question Ben, the key to actually starting off getting motivated when you are feeling that stressed is to have a bit of quiet time to yourself, like the meditation section. Then write down the goals you want to achieve and make a start. The biggest tip i can give you is to take action now! Everything else will fall into place.

		<description>I am getting ready for exams and it is a stressful time so these tips are brilliant, I do go out for walks around parks to just get out in the fresh air. Everyone needs that time to themselves sounds goofy I know but we do all need me time so make sure you get it and these ideas are good ways to.</description>

I used to do it regularly and I mean every week, but now I go jogging, walking and reflect and I have noticed that I am a much happier, relaxed person, even my friends have noticed. Seriously you have to give it a try to see the benefits.</description>
