Awesome as this is a great problem for me. I want to get fitter now so I can enjoy my Christmas, but getting up before work to do the 5 minutes of press ups and sit up is just non existence right now.

I get up early enough but instead I stay wrapped up in bed instead of doing the exercise. I know it be good for me but I just need that push to get me out, after the first time I know I will get into a rhythm, but how do I get up!
