I feel there are 3 main parts of the martial way lifestyle. Keeping yourself fit and healthy for longevity, being able to protect yourself and your loved ones, and lastly creating that strong striving for success mindset.
I filmed this a while back and decided to share it with my loyal followers, which will give you a little insight on learning how to protect yourself in a physical situation using a method which I have learnt over the years.
