Here is a video i made to add in your bodyweight exercises routine, which can be done near enough anywhere and this is the beauty as you don’t need alot of space either!
I have been doing these in my martial arts training for a long time and it is great for your arms and upper body plus not forgetting the abs too!
There are a few variations i have covered for people ranging at different levels of fitness from beginners to advanced, but at the end of the day it’s nothing to serious and you should enjoy your workouts.
