Whats The Best Time of Day to Exercise

Does it make a real difference on whats the best to of day to exercise? Well, i’m going to answer that in this post. But first let me tell you about my training.

This mornings workout for me was a sweat dripping muscle toning and most of all fat burning workout.

I get questions all the time on what what type of exercises do i recommend, and whats the best time of day to exercise.

Well if you take for example the great workout i had a this morning, i used Zero equipment.

This may surprise some people but for me this type of bodyweight workout will get you in the best shape of your life.

I’ve proved to you in the past that you don’t need an hour to achieve a great fat burning workout.

The question you are probably thinking to yourself is what type of no equipment exercises should you do?

Well let me give you an example of a typical martial abs workout

Each exercise for 30 seconds with 15 seconds rest in between, repeating the whole workout twice.

Star Jumps
Squat Thrusts
Leg switches
Snap Dragons
Rapid knee strikes
Lunge kicks

As you see there are a mixture of bodyweight exercises that can literally be done any when and anywhere.

Just like the last year when i got stuck in Japan because of the volcano ash cloud over Iceland, i still had my trusty workouts that i could do.

But that’s another story for another day.

What’s the best time of day to exercise

I think really it comes down to what works best for you. Some people i know love to train in the morning and some and night.

Aslong as you get your workout seesion in i don’t think there is a write on wrong answer.

But i will say that once you complete your workout training in the morning it does energise you for the day throughout.

What people love the most about martial abs is the way it helps you combat that stubborn fat in a fun energetic workout.

Plus it only takes half the time of other regular old workouts.
