I know when i spaek to alot of the women around this time of the year coming up to the festive season they want to look their best in that little black dress, and the men want to look lean too. (I won’t forget you guys too)

This way you know exactly what you’re going to do. So many people tend to just shoot in the dark as I call it when you don’t really know what you are 100% doing.

To make life easier just plan out what you are going to do in the workout for the day and the week ahead.

Stick to the plan – the next step is to stick to the plan. And I know this sounds really simple but as simple as it really is so many people drop the ball on this one.

You need to have that tenacious attitude where you actually stick to the plan you have set so you can track your results and find what is working and what isn’t for you.

Never EVER give up – after you plan a workout you’ve stuck to the plan you’ll get a stage where you may feel like giving up because there are lots of distractions in your life or your busy with certain things.

At the end of the day you’re looking after your health and well-being so it is a priority to look after your body.
