Bored of the same old cardio exercise routine? Well in today’s article you are going to discover the jumping jacks benefits to helping you get in the best shape of your life.

I know for a fact that people give up with exercising because of one thing they’re not losing weight and not seeing any results, plus they are getting bored with the same old typical cardio workout routine.

Well i’m here to a breathe of fresh air and change that…

As you may or may not know by now I’m a real big fan of bodyweight exercises as i’ve been training in martial arts for over 20 years which is packed full of the best bodyweight exercises created hundereds of years ago.

Today i’ll share with you the benefits of an exercise which is called jumping Jacks aka like star jumps.

Jumping Jacks Benefits

So why jumping Jacks? Well it’s a good question, but most of all the reason why I like jumping jacks is you don’t need a lot of space and you don’t need to go to commercial gym along with the people who spending hours wasting time on a treadmill.

Heck, you don’t even need to be indoors or any fancy gadgets or equipment.

Look, the thing is you don’t need to spend hours working out on cardio machines at the gym to get a great fat burning workout.

What you really want to do is get your heart rate up and boost your metabolism with what I call my cardio conditioning training.

Jumping jacks are just one exercise which I like to do, and I mostly teach this to beginners because I feel everybody can do them.

But let’s not get confused…

With the right modifications you pull out of the bag a killer cardio workout for any keen guy of girl who is in good shape.

They have that natural body movement which is great for a full body workout, and really I like to add these type of metabolic exercises in my workout routines and modify them.

Here a great example…

This is what i call “combo exercises” which is doing a standard jumping Jack then right after dropping down for a squat thrust to push up and backup to repeat the combo movement all over again.

Do you think you can burn more fun doing that type of combo exercise than on a average cardio machine?

As a matter of fact your fat cells will be crying when you put these combo exercises into play!

Yes I’m sure you’re starting to think differently about your training already…

And that’s great.

These type of exercises I like to do in set time intervals which basically means I will do the jumping jacks for 30 seconds and then when the 30 seconds is up I will then catch my breath and 15 seconds and repeat for around about 3 to 4 times depending what my workout looks like.

Here’s the truth, if you start using these exercises you will see results.

The hardest part of doing any type of exercise is just started and once you get over that barrier of taking action you will be on a great momentum flow.

So there you have the jumping jacks benefits and remember if you are a newbie to exercise they are a perfect one for you, and if you are experienced I suggest you use my combo routines which I spoke about earlier.
