Exercises For Inner Thighs That Burns Fat Fast

In today’s post we are going to look at a few quick exercises for inner thighs that can be done at home or anywhere with a little space around you.

The thigh area is a common problem for a lot women so i knew this blog post will serve you all well.

So today i’m going to share with you a super combo exercise which interlinks two separate exercises into one power movement.

I like to do this a lot in my teachings and training as it shocked our bodies more into fat burning mode with burning more calories.

If your the type of person who has struggled with their weight over the years, you would have tried lot’s of different methods out their to get in shape and lose weight.

But here’s the thing…

What you should be looking for is the long term success.

So if you can literally take one or two steps in the right direction each week to getting the toned trimmed healthy body you will succeed.

You just need a little motivation along the way.

Combo Exercises For Inner Thighs

Now when most people want to lose fat off of their inner thigh, they need to realise that your thighs are going to become slimmer all around not just in one area.

But to be honest that’s a great thing to hear…

So here is the first exercise for your inner thighs, and i call it the “Sumo side kick!”

exercises for inner thighsSimilar to how the sumo wrestler squats down as seen in the picture to the right, you want to hold the squat down and then explode up to the side with firing the kick out.

When you do the side kick you want to try not to wobble all over the place.

And if you do it usually means you are kicking to high.

You will want to hit 15 out each side (left and right) and then rest and repeat again a couple of times.

What’s great about this exercise is that you can pick up the pace to work the cardio along with the resistance of the sumo squats.

Another plus side you will work your entire body doing this style workouts which i’m sure you’ll love compared to having to do lot’s of separate targeted exercises.

My clients love this one so make sure you give it a whirl.

The next part of the exercises for inner thighs isn’t really an exercise as such compared to the above one but is very important.

It’s actually a stretching exercise.

As you can see to the side it’s a real great targeted inner thigh stretch that will keep you loose and supple.

inner thigh exercise stretchLot’s of people don’t really bother to much with stretching but it’s always an important part of exercise.

The key is to not stretch cold, as this will give you an injury.

Always stretch after the workout is complete and your body and muscles are at it’s warmest.

Achieving your Goals

Whatever your goals might be this year from losing weight to wanting more energy or just being able to walk up a flight of stairs without getting out of breathe, just understand that you can do it.
