My Background and Journey
Hi my name is Richard Huntley founder of RH Martial Fitness and a body transformation specialist helping men and women across the globe transform their bodies and minds to the best shape of their lives.
I’ve literally been doing martial arts since as long as i can remember as my father ran his own martial art school in the UK.
With this i learned a lot about how the body works and how to get peak performance out of our bodies in testing over the years.
Fast forward to 2007 where i represented great Britain in the martial art world games held in Germany, i need to be in the best shape of my life.
To do this i had some of the best international coaches to help guide me through what works best, and what’s a waste of time.
I ended up winning a bronze medal which was great but little did i know the big impact it was going to make on so many people’s lives once i got back to the uk.
RH Martial Fitness Was Born…
When i got back from the games people saw what great shape i was in and i kept hearing the stories of so many frustrated people not knowing what they need to do to get the bodies lean toned and functionally fit.
I decided to reach out and give a helping hand. Now i knew that the average guy or lady didn’t want to train for hours a day like i did but rather they just wanted to know what exercises and nutrition they needed to get themselves in the best shapes of their lives.
More and more people were seeing body transforming results to the point where i had to share my knowledge on a wider scale and let the people know it’s not about eating less and exercising more.
It’s about eating smart and exercising smart.
