			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In today&#8217;s post we are going to look at a few quick exercises for inner thighs that can be done at home or anywhere with a little space around you.</p>
<p><strong>The thigh area is a common problem</strong> for a lot women so i knew this blog post will serve you all well.</p>
<p>So today i&#8217;m going to share with you a super combo exercise which interlinks two separate exercises into one power movement.</p>
<p>I like to do this a lot in my teachings and training as it shocked our bodies more into fat burning mode with burning more calories.</p>
<p>If your the type of person who has struggled with their weight over the years, you would have tried lot&#8217;s of different methods out their to get in shape and lose weight.</p>
<p>But here&#8217;s the thing&#8230;</p>
<p>What you should be looking for is the long term success.</p>
<p>So if you can literally take one or two steps in the right direction each week to getting the toned trimmed healthy body you will succeed.</p>
<p>You just need a little motivation along the way.</p>
<h1>Combo Exercises For Inner Thighs</h1>
<p>Now when most people want to lose fat off of their inner thigh, they need to realise that your thighs are going to become slimmer all around not just in one area.</p>
<p>But to be honest that&#8217;s a great thing to hear&#8230;</p>
<p>So here is the first exercise for your inner thighs, and i call it the <strong>&#8220;Sumo side kick!&#8221;</strong></p>
<p><img class="alignright size-full wp-image-2066" title="exercises for inner thighs" src="http://www.rhmartialfitness.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2012/01/exercises-for-inner-thighs.jpg" alt="exercises for inner thighs" width="213" height="237" />Similar to how the sumo wrestler squats down as seen in the picture to the right, you want to hold the squat down and then explode up to the side with firing the kick out.</p>
<p>When you do the side kick you want to try not to wobble all over the place.</p>
<p>And if you do it usually means you are kicking to high.</p>
<p>You will want to hit 15 out each side (left and right) and then rest and repeat again a couple of times.</p>
<p>What&#8217;s great about this exercise is that you can pick up the pace to work the cardio along with the resistance of the sumo squats.</p>
<p>Another plus side you will work your entire body doing this style workouts which i&#8217;m sure you&#8217;ll love compared to having to do lot&#8217;s of separate targeted exercises.</p>
<p><em>My clients love this one so make sure you give it a whirl.</em></p>
<p>The next part of the exercises for inner thighs isn&#8217;t really an exercise as such compared to the above one but is very important.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s actually a stretching exercise.</p>
<p>As you can see to the side it&#8217;s a real great targeted inner thigh stretch that will keep you loose and supple.</p>

<p>The key is to not stretch cold, as this will give you an injury.</p>
<p>Always stretch after the workout is complete and your body and muscles are at it&#8217;s warmest.</p>
<h2>Achieving your Goals</h2>
<p>Whatever your goals might be this year from losing weight to wanting more energy or just being able to walk up a flight of stairs without getting out of breathe, just understand that you can do it.</p>
<p>You are not alone. The information is out there just like on my blog here and people on my personal coaching programs.</p>
<p>All you need to do is set your goals and write the plan of how to get there and actually <strong>take 100% responsibility</strong> to committing to them physically and mentally.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span style="font-size: medium;">Bored of the same old cardio exercise routine? Well in today&#8217;s article you are going to discover the <em>jumping jacks benefits</em> to helping you get in the best shape of your life.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;">I know for a fact that people give up with exercising because of one thing they&#8217;re not losing weight and not seeing any results, plus they are getting bored with the same old typical cardio workout routine.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;">As you know by now I&#8217;m a real big fan of bodyweight exercises and today i&#8217;ll share with you the benefits of an exercise which is called jumping Jacks aka like star jumps.<br />
</span></p>
<h1><span style="font-size: medium;">Jumping Jacks Benefits</span></h1>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;"><img class="alignright size-medium wp-image-2014" title="Jumping jacks benefits" src="http://www.rhmartialfitness.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2011/11/Jumping-jacks-benefits-300x202.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="202" />So why jumping Jacks? Well it&#8217;s a good question, but most of all the reason why I like jumping jacks is you don&#8217;t need a lot of space and you don&#8217;t need to go to the gym and most of all you can do it any when and anywhere for a real great workout.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;">Look, the thing is you don&#8217;t need to spend hours working out on cardio machines at the gym to get a great fat burning workout.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;">What you really want to do is get your heart rate up and boost your metabolism with what I call my cardio conditioning training.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;">Jumping jacks are just one exercise which I like to do, and I mostly teach this to beginners because I feel everybody can do them.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;">They have that natural body movement which is great for a full body workout, and really I like to add these type of metabolic exercises in my workout routines and modify them.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;">A great example of what I call combo exercises are doing a standard jumping Jack then right after dropping down for a squat thrust to push up and backup to repeat the combo movement all over again.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;">Do you think you can burn more fun doing that type of combo exercise than on a average cardio machine?</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;"><strong>Yes I&#8217;m sure you&#8217;re starting to think differently about your training already.</strong><br />
</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;">These type of exercises I like to do in set time intervals which basically means I will do the jumping jacks for 30 seconds and then when the 30 seconds is up I will then catch my breath and 15 seconds and repeat for around about 3 to 4 times depending what my workout looks like.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;"><em>I guarantee if you start using these exercises at home you will see results.</em> </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;">The hardest part of doing any type of exercise is just started and once you get over that barrier of taking action you will be on a great momentum flow.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;">So there you have the jumping jacks benefits and remember if you are a newbie to exercise they are a perfect one for you, and if you are experienced I suggest you use my combo routines which I spoke about earlier.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: medium;">Well i don’t know if you have ever seen what happens when you have a load of crabs in a pot<br />
and one tries to escape the pot?</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: medium;">As the crabs are in the pot and one makes a move to escape, the other crabs literally climb up behind the escaping crab and pull it back down to where all the other crabs are.</span></p>
<p><strong><span style="font-size: medium;">This really got me thinking.</span></strong></p>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;">You see, what goals are you trying to achieve and what keeps pulling you back?</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;">If it’s even just you telling yourself that ‘oh i’ll do it tomorrow ‘ but that’s a day set back from you achieving what you really want.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;">Any excuses and setbacks you or anyone else makes for you that don’t bring you closer to<br />
achieving your goals, you need to get rid of.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;">It’s plainly put, but so true.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: medium;">Here is below the typical workout which you should be doing to really get those arms working hard and start to see results coming your way.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;">- Push-ups inverted</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;">- Squat thrusts</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;">- Arm planks</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: medium;"><strong>Plan your workout </strong>– the first tip is to plan your workout ahead of time. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;">This way you know exactly what you&#8217;re going to do. So many people tend to just shoot in the dark as I call it when you don&#8217;t really know what you are 100% doing. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;">To make life easier just plan out what you are going to do in the workout for the day and the week ahead.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;"><strong>Stick to the plan</strong> – the next step is to stick to the plan. And I know this sounds really simple but as simple as it really is so many people drop the ball on this one. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;">You need to have that tenacious attitude where you actually stick to the plan you have set so you can track your results and find what is working and what isn&#8217;t for you.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;"><strong>Never EVER give up</strong> – after you plan a workout you&#8217;ve stuck to the plan you&#8217;ll get a stage where you may feel like giving up because there are lots of distractions in your life or your busy with certain things. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;">At the end of the day you&#8217;re looking after your health and well-being so it is a priority to look after your body. </span></p>
<p><strong><span style="font-size: medium;">Whatever you do don&#8217;t ever give up on what you really want.</span></strong></p>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;"><strong>See results and continue</strong> – and lastly when you find what works best for you, the next stage is to be encouraged by the results coming your way and continue to enjoy your workouts and encourage others around you just like when you first set off on your workout transformation.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: medium;">So let&#8217;s look at the first step, and this will be to look at what type of exercise we should be doing to lose fat </span><span style="font-size: medium;">straightaway.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;">I&#8217;m going to keep this nice and easy for you today, so the first will be no more long boring cardio sessions where you work out for hours on and get on bored and not see many results come your way.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;">The thing is once you see the results come your way, it will give you the encouragement to continue your training. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;">You need to keep things fresh and exciting so that&#8217;s why I&#8217;m not about all the long cardio routines, as I really don&#8217;t think they are necessary for the average person just wanting to lose weight.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;">So the first one is 10 to 15 min cardio and conditioning workouts and the second one is targeted abs exercises.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;">Now when I go and tell people that they only need 10 to 15 min to get an amazing fat burning workout usually they don&#8217;t believe me always. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;">Well to be fair they usually say this before but workout, but once I&#8217;ve put them through the short timed workout they soon can understand the benefits and theories behind this.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;">It is what you do with your time that counts. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;">If you&#8217;re in a workout for one hour and not push yourself at all, I say that&#8217;s fine, but good luck with seeing any amazing results come your way.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;">But if you would rather workout for just 10 minutes and give 4x more effort, you will reap the rewards after the workout.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: medium;">Okay so my first rule to staying motivated to lose weight would be setting goals.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;">So what’s good about goal setting. Well where do i start&#8230; First off i think really it comes down to helping you stay focused on one thing without getting distracted and put off track.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: medium;">You need to get to the nitty gritty of what you want to achieve so you can be totally clear what you have to do to get there.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;">All the high achievers set goals in life, and it should be the same with losing weight.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;">Here’s an example of someone writing down a set goal all wrong.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;">‘This month i want to lose weight’ Compared to ‘This month my target is to lose 10 pounds, and i will achieve this by&#8230;’</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;">As you can see this approach of clear and specific goal setting will line you up for real results.</span> <span style="font-size: medium;">The more in detail you can get the better.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;">Once you write down your goals, it’s a great reminder on what you have set out to accomplish.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;">Knowing where you are heading is important, and an old Chinese proverb say’s “as long as you know where you&#8217;re </span><span style="font-size: medium;">heading all you need to do is keep walking.”</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;">To look back on your goals are also great as you can measure how far you have come. This will definitely keep you motivated.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;"><strong>Take Each Day and Master It</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;">Before you go out there and get in the best shape of your life, i would use an philosophy approach my old mentor taught me. And this was to take each day and master it.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;">Basically put, don’t worry too much about the future as all you have is <strong>now</strong>. If we can master the now and today we can gradually build up strong momentum on your everyday successes.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;">You might be thinking, well wait on a minute Richard, you just said previously about how it’s important to set goals in the future and that isn’t the now?</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;">It’s absolutely fine to know where you are going with goals, but once you know where you are heading, it’s then time to master each day one at a time rather than bombarding your mind full of useless future information.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;">Get motivated by reading other peoples success stories and what objections they have had to overcome, because i’m pretty much sure that it will be related issues to what you will be facing or have faced in your journey.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;"><strong>It’s all about Mindset</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;">At the end of the day you can know all of the latest greatest fat burning exercises in the world, but if you are not going to get out there and use them they are useless.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;">The people who i have taught achieving outstanding body transformation results are the ones who just listen to what i said and actually just did it!</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;">They didn&#8217;t hang around questioning if this would work or not, they just did it, saw the results starting to show and kept it up.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;">That’s what it all comes down to in the end. If you are going to not let anything hold you back and just say, I’m going to give this my best shot.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: medium;">The other day i went over to a local gym for a workout with a pal of mine.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;">During a few routines me and my friend were going through, i heard a lot of<br />
grunting noises in the corner.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;">As i looked over to see what was going on, i could see it was a couple of guys working out on some abs machine equipment.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: medium;">First, it&#8217;s bad these people still workout like this.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;">And second, all i can say is don’t workout like those guys&#8230;</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;">If you want to work your abs you need to do the right kind of exercises  otherwise you are literally just wasting your time, and to be honest  life is too short.</span></p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span style="font-size: medium;">As i was running through a quick stretch routine earlier i thought to myself how important simple <strong>hip flexor stretches</strong> are for the lower body. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;">So today i&#8217;m going to share with you a few hip flexor stretches as this is an area in which people get a little tight.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;">This quick stretching routine for flexibility will really help you general exercising at home or where ever you tend to workout at.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;">As you know with my passion for martial arts its a big part to making sure you keep the body loose and not stiff so stretching a must. Some arts stretch more than others, but for the average person not worrying about whether than can kick over head height with ease you only just need some basic stretches to do the trick.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;">I think people in general don&#8217;t take the time to stretch enough. It should really be part of your exercise routine, unless you want to get an injury that will set you back in your exercise training for a while.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;">So we are going to take a look at some hip flexor stretches and if you see the picture to the left you will see the area where the hip flexor is.</span></p>
<h1><span style="font-size: large;">Hip Flexor Stretches</span></h1>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;"><img class="alignleft size-full wp-image-2046" title="hip-flexor-stretches" src="http://www.rhmartialfitness.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2011/08/hip-flexor-stretches.jpg" alt="" width="224" height="213" />The first hip flexor stretch is one of my favourites that really loosens up the area in quick time once practiced a few times a week.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;">As you can see in the picture you need to take a stretched out forward lunge type position with bringing your hips towards the ground as shown.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;">Obviously make sure you do both sides, and keep this hold for around 8-10 seconds two times per side to get them stretched off well.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;"><strong>Quick Tip:</strong> Make sure you don&#8217;t over stretch if you new to these type of stretches. The key is to take your time and don&#8217;t bounce around or rush the stretches.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;">The second stretch </span><span style="font-size: medium;">will be an opposite to the the first one as the first hip flexor stretch was a pushing forward motion, this second stretch will be a pulling towards you motion.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;">As you can see in the picture all you need to do is lay down flat on your back and try to keep one leg down straight while bringing the other knee upward</span><span style="font-size: medium;">s towards your stomach.</span></p>
<h1><span style="font-size: large;">Quick stretching routine for flexibility</span></h1>
<p><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-size: medium;">So as you can see this is a really quick and effect stretch routine that works amazing to loosen up the tight hip flexors fast.</span><br />

<p><span style="font-size: medium;">To really declare what exercise melts the fat off your body it would have to come down to results based in the end.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;">Like i have discussed in other articles, you need to find what works for you and stick with it. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;">As long as to stick to my methods of mindset training along with good energy foods and great fat burning workouts you won&#8217;t need to much else to succeed.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: medium;">Don&#8217;t get put off when you see the words high intensity, as it&#8217;s just a term for pushing yourself that little bit further than you would doing regular long and slow cardio exercises.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;">I have taken people who have nearly lived on the slow cardio machines and not seen any half decent results, and put them through a <a href="http://www.rhmartialfitness.com/10-minute-abs/">10 minute workout</a> of mine.</span></p>
