After training and teaching all types of people over the years i have discovered the 2 main ingredient exercise workouts that really works well.
First of all before i answer any of these question you need to understand that without getting your mindset right to keeping focused and committed to what you really want to achieve you might as well read no further.

So back to the two main types of exercise you need to do to lose that belly fat. Number one is specific targeted core ab and oblique exercises that work the stomach muscles best in engaging them fully with good form and clean motion for no injuries.
It’s okay people showing off with extreme fancy exercises but in the end we are in this not to get injured but to look good, feel great and improve our lives.
The second type of exercise is correct cardio/conditioning training. This is another one that most people wanting to lose that belly fat mess up on.
It’s just that you really don’t need to spend 45 minutes on a gym machine to lose weight. Just give me 10 minutes of your time and you will be shocked what you can achieve!
How often should you exercise?
Another interesting question and really it depends on what you goals are. Let’s say you want to compete as an athlete. Well you better get training everyday, plus more.
But like i say the average working person just wants to be able to not have the belly bulge creeping over their jeans. They want to slide back into those jeans with ease.
