Are YOU out of your comfort zone?

I have just got back from teaching a few groups an introduction to the RH Martial Fitness system and it went down really well. By the end of the sessions everybody had worked hard and pushed themselves but most of all enjoyed what they had learnt.

Some people didn't even think that they could feel the burn in the places which they were feeling. But that's good because they are learning something new.

I always teach my system with a passion and make sure that all my students are improving all the time.

We had some guys/girls that were new to exercising and some who had a good standard all overall. This is what i love because it's a good mixture of abilities and everybody has different goals.

So how do you know if you are improving?

Let's start by saying that if you are out of your comfort zone, meaning things which you are finding quite difficult to understand and most of all perform, well this is good!

Let me tell you that you can only improve when you are pushing yourself to the limits and beyond. Reason being that you need to keep growing as a person and gain as much knowledge as possible then go and create with this source which you have learnt and invested in.

Every time you exercise even for 10 minutes a day, you are investing in yourself and improving.

The first thing you need to do is not get put off by finding things to difficult, because let me tell you we all find lots of things hard especially new things we learn as we are not use to them.

Just remember to keep an open mind and visualise yourself becoming great at what ever you wish to do and take yourself right out of the comfort zone until you master it and then you will be on your way to the top of the tree!
